mega system in a toyota prius?

Actually she has got some really nice equipment that she bought. Thing is she probably got *** ***** on the price. I dont know too much about the Prius besides they are the ugliest car on the road. But I am sure you could put them in there, just will be a hell of a custom adventure. Probably something sealed and very large. I fit two Kove uber u-2 subs that required a huge ported box in my protege5 few years ago. Thing was, I just went sealed till I walled it off, lol! Good luck!

the guy at the shop did no wrong. she said give me the best. he sol her the best stuff he had. thats it.

2 w7s are fine and so are the MBs.

could you get better and louder for less? yes. but not at most local shops.

either return it and buy the shitelsewhere or start installing it.

also the subs should fit FINE in the prius.

why buy 2 W7's and more subs on top of that? how much bass is really needed?

Tell her to keep one W7 bring the rest of the shit back, and keep one amp, then it shouldnt be too hard, if she's buying 2 W7's and more subs on top of that she really must be bass crazy

you better be joking... there is alot more consideration the "making them fit" which I reall doubt they would with the proper box sizes

like you said " reading a comprehending is like a key aspect of the whole thing"

did you reading a comprehen my statement?? what i was trying to say??

having a prius is fine , i dont car what kind of a car it is.

Im saying because it a electric car she maight not be able to have all that stuff in the car without major electric upgrade.

My biggest concern is this: How much did she get suckered into paying for 2 12" W7's, 2 1000/1's, and a 300/4 (I think thats what he said) RETAIL!?

The install will be a nightmare. Space is a HUGE concern. The electrical system in an electrical dependant car is a HUGE concern.

What if her system is drawing too much power for the alternator/brakes have to recharge the batteries? Her car will die on the side of the road.

Definitely look into returning all the equipment.

well, weight is going to be a concern too... and if there is no charge on the batteries it can run only on the gas engine....

That also. Whats the point of having a hybrid car if it is even heavier and gets 20mpg //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

The Prius should have no problem handling the added draw from those amps. The Prius motor turns a generator that puts out close to 2 kilowatts. The motor only runs to top off the batteries. She might get lower gas milage because the engine will have to run longer to keep up the charge, but other than that there shouldn't be a problem installing the system she wants.

Tell her queers own Prius's and if she wants a hybrid, sell hers for an accord, civic, highlander, shit any hybrid but the Prius.

Then worry about a system

What ? The motor runs to move the car above speeds of ~15mph.
