when doing your double baffle use WAY more glue and a lot less screws. Use a small paint roller or plastic scraper to spread the glue so the entire surface is covered. Then a screw every 4-6" will do the job.

i was using that amp bridged at 2 ohms on a single sub set up in my hatchback

paid $1500 , sold it for $1500

new owner ran it bridged at 1 ohm an smoked it in 10 seconds

also i agree with the not enough port area thing, but we will see how it pans out, maybe with the aero's you dont need much port area...

Why is there no bracing at all in that box?? Especially on that type of power youre throwing them, those 2X4's definetely arent doing shit all where you put them
