making inside of box smooth

i resined + mat the inside of my box, its a tad rough, ill sand it down a little, but ive heard of people mixing bondo/resin/hardener, and putting that over my glass, to make it have a nice smooth finish.

anyone done this? or just used bondo by itself?

I use duraglass, bondo will crack over time.

You can buy USC duraglass for about $35 a gallon. skim coat the inside and sand smooth. I also paint over it for a super slick finish.

It takes alot of prep work.So unless its for every last DB you can get its not really worth the effort.
