i heard there was a guy local to you that builds enclosurespretty cheap and can take a look at what u got going on...seems like a nice guy..i can pm his number if u want..oh you already have it

checked winisd and its 32.5hz tunning with just a 6" so it very well could be 36 with an aero...looks like not nearly enough port area, because you usually shoot for 12-16sq.in. of port/cube, and your not anwhere near the 55 u need.. even with an aero...doesnt sound like thats your problem, but it would help your output for sure..

well from everything ive checked it seems the box is too big and tunning is inccorect. so im going to make tad smaller box and go from there...
