Mach 460 and Aftermarket Headunit Problems

I have a 2002 mustang and recently installed an after mark head unit which created some problems. I have a Pioneer Deh-x3500ui and now I receive no bass from my back speakers and have engine noise coming from the speakers. I went to Car Tunes and they told me reason was because of the factory amps and that I would need to rewire my car to remove these problem. I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on re wiring speakers like the best kind of wire to use, any info would be helpful. Also I have a Kenwood Kac-1502s laying around and I was wondering if it would be better to swap out the stock amps and replace it and if that would get rid of the engine noise. Also the factory amps will get warm after 15 or so minutes so I know they are getting power to them, just no bass in playing. Also I know they work because when I hook up my factory head unit they will play bass. Also there's a resistor on the blue wire, I can't remember what kind it was, do I need it there or can I just remove it.

find the stock amp ,connect all the speaker wires before the amp,or if your going with a new amp to ,then just run all new wires for the speakers from the amp ,completely disconnect the amps power wires and speakers wires also .you can run the new speaker wires from the new amp to the wires for the speakers to the output side of the stock amp if that will make it easier .

Even if the aftermarket amp is 2 channel because I have two factory amps in my car.

you'll need to disconnect one of them at least to use the new amp,also by doing this ,you should be able to find out which of the stock amps is having the issues

How would I wire the wires to the rca ports?

you;ll need rca's from the aftermarket deck to the kenwood amp if the stock amps have rca's as well then if you deck has at least 2-3 sets of rca's then ,more rca's cables for the other amp to

No the stock amps do not have RCAs. Just to double check because I'm still kinda new to car audio. Take the aftermarket amp and hook the wires leading to the rear speakers up to it. Should I hook up the power wire that leads to the factory amp or a separate line to the battery. Also take the rcas from the wire harness that hooks in the HU and plug it in the aftermarket amp?

part right ,new rca's from the deck to the new amp ,new wires for the amp as well ,you'll need them ,now the wires coming from the stock amps going to the speakers you will need to tie into them with more wire ,and run the wires to the new amp .you still need an amp for the other set of speakers ,or you can just run them off the deck power .use the amp on the front and the deck on the rears ,

Alright I would probably just run the back ones off the amp and have them play lows for now until I get a sub. Also there's no way for me to incorporate the factory amps with the aftermarket HU? Because I would rather use them than the aftermarket amp. Also the front speakers don't have any bass, just treble. And did I wire up the wire harness correctly?

the harness is really just color coded ,so it's a no brainer most of the time ,issue is that you need to see which of the stock amps is making the ground noises and remove it from the system ,you may still be able to use the good one if there is one still

that culd be the settings on the deck or the speakers having problems

did everything sound fine with the factory head? Sometimes connecting all the grounds on those harnesses will actually induce the noise. I would try disconnecting the grounds from the smaller plug and see if that gets rid of the whine.
