M7 set screw

what I found is "M" is the diameter or width.

M7 is 7mm wide thread M7 10mm is 10mm long.

This is new to me.

that kit has 7mm but only 4mm long

that 1 has 7mm but the  x 6 x 3mm I have no clue what that means.

I'm trying to find the same thing but for the speaker wires. I think they are 4mm

you might be on to something my friend!!! im not sure why 3 dimensions are listed, but heres one that seems to be a bit longer

it seems to be described as this M7 x 7 x 4mm  M7 for the screw description, then 7 (millimeters i assume in width) then 4 mm length

but look at the package details of that thing. It describes the M10 in a very similar fashion as 7x6...

just finding a set screw is a real chore.

Try finding a service manual or schematic. Even voltage check points or talk to a tech about something
