I do a 147 with about 1kw and just the big 3 done...and that's in a daily box with no peak in the response curve.

i think if u want a cool/loud *** system, go out and get a 10, 12, or 15 inch juggernaut, buy another kenwood amp, daisy chain them 2gether to double your power, and just run the 1 sub. the 15 with only 1000 watts rms will hit 149.8 decibals in a mercury marquis

I'm running a stock alt with one extra battery in the trunk and did a 143. plus in a 30 sec street beat average in the trunk of my 06 Saleen with a single DD 10 and only 1500 watts...That was an Official USACi term lab reading.....at a comp and a trunk car...This is a daily setup .....So why are so many people doubting 140's:confused:
