Loudest 12" sub in 2.25 ported?

Thats the max amount of space I have in my trunk, whats the loudest 12" sub I could put in there? Lets say I have 800 for amp and sub combo.

12w7? I understand there are louder subs, but any that would be fine in this small of a ported box?

soundsplinter rl-p, and it'll keep ya way under budget, id say you could get one and a nice amp for ~500
