looking to build new box

currently i have a Treo TSX 12" and a concept cc1252 500watt, in a 1.6 cubic fiit box with a port both flaired ends, and im lookin to build a new box it is goin in my cavalier, i can get the specs for the subs? so can anyone help?

i got a box with external measurements (using 3/4mdf)28.5x23.5x14 and port 12.5x3x50.

jelly there is a easier way than that and i think you have your third port length wrong

this is a box i did for a mag for someone on here

the first three port walls of course are just internal box - port width

the last prot wall is the tricky one because it is not just the Lv- the first three walls

you must account for wood and encorection and also figuring the dispalcement is down the center of the port

jellyfish thank you i think.. is that using 3/4 mdx?? and old school um yeah i wasnt lookin for something that well in depth but thinks anyone eles got any input?
