What about the RF 25 to Life amps, I see the Punch 150 seems to be ~950 rms bridged. Are they decent amps? Same quality as their current regular lines just in the old-style heatsinks, or are they using old designs in then too??

I'm thinking a PDX 1000.1. The 2 things that really turn me onto this amp are the speaker connections, and the known quality. Also the small footprint, and class D. I've seen a couple fried ones, but thats not the norm, right? Slightly over budget, but if I get one today with my 10% off ebay coupon, it'll be ~$360 shipped.

Ya man, idk, I've never seen/heard the PDX's, so I don't know a whole lot about them. All I know is I HATED the V12 amps
