Looking for some Mid bass

I'm adding two 12's to my system and Im looking to upgrade my stock 5 1/4" speakers.

I'm looking for some good sq speakers with decent midbass that could be had for under 150. I don't want to externally amp the speakers (unless speakers and amp can be had for 150). My HU puts out 50x4 channels. I really dont know where to start looking so please throw out some options:crazy:

No, your headunit does not actually put out 50 watts a channel. It will probably do somewhere between 10-15 a channel, depending on the HU.

This will not be able to make a good midbass actually move like it is supposed to. However, for a mild setup, it could be acceptable as a short term project.

Well.. I know my stock speakers will be drowned out, so I think I'll have to upgrade my speakers, I guess im just looking for a decent set of speakers for budget. So if you know some good sets of speakers for under 100 lmk

I know it wont do 50x4 but I really cant afford a second amp and the wiring.. I'm practically over budget while doing the big 3. I just want a set of coaxils or components for my front speakers that will produce the rest of the sound spectrum.

Well.. What speakers can I put on my kenwood excelon-789? 5 1/4"

Well I think the real question is.. is it worth buying regular speakers and puting them on my HU.. or will I not see much of a performance change and stay stock?
