Looking for some advice to make a good interior speaker setup

I have a 94 accord with one blown pioneer 6.5 in front and one blown 6.5 type r in the rear. So I guess it's time to buy something new, and I would like to spend less than $300. I can only go 6.5 in the front, but I think I can make some adjustments and fit 6x9 in the rear. I have read good things about the pg rsds, cdt, mb quart... I will probably buy my friends memphis 4 channel amp but I do not know off hand what the rating is. I want something that can get a little bass out of it.
