Well after ordering some Infinity Reference 5010cs 5-1/4" 2-way Component System, Infinity Kappa 692.7i 6"x9" 2-way Speakers, and a Profile AP1040 from Crutchfield. I found a link to http://www.woofersetc.com and found Focal and MB Quarts for cheap. I also found they sell amps pretty cheap as well. As much as I have liked Infiniti's in the past I'm considering spending a bit more for what I believe to be better speakers and would spend a bit more on a better amp. So which speakers and which amp should I get? I think I want a four channel amp w/ at least 75w rms/channel. 5.25 or 6.5 components for the front, whichever fit, and 6x9 coaxials for the rear. I'm fully open to suggestions for ANY speaker set up you may recommend. I.E. should I get components for the rear as well or just stick w/ 6x9s for fitment? Should I match the speakers by brand or can I mix? One four channel amp or two two channel amps?

Currently I have an 07 Corolla. They have 6.5" speakers in the door but only some 6.5s will fit. A JVC KD-HDR1 HU and an Inifiniy Bass link. Stock speakers and no other amp. I want good, clean speakers and I want it to be pretty loud.

I have about $400 invested in the Infiniti's and Profile amp. I'm willing to spend about double that on two sets of speakers and an amp. Is http://www.woofersetc.com the cheapest source for these items and are they a good company to deal with as well?

TIA.

Yes, woofersetc is good to deal with.

I highly recommend you get a good set of front 6.5" comps and some kind of substage in the rear.

Comps: Pioneer TS-C720PRS

Sub: Infinity REF850W

You can use your current amp for everything... run the front comps off channels 1 and 2 stereo, then bridge channels 3+4 for the sub. Throw the sub in the recommended sized sealed enclosure (link to Infinity for the enclosures) and let it vent into the cabin through the rear 6x9 opening (yes, take the rears out). Cross the comps with a HP 80Hz and the sub with a LP 80Hz to start with. Set the gains with a test tone and DMM if you care to.

Will get plenty loud to fill the whole cabin with sound.
