HEED MY WORDS as someone who is currently being sued by the RIAA.....no matter what site you are using, let the first thing you do is go into your setup and DISABLE YOUR SHARING OPTION!!!!!!!!! that's how I got caught on Kazaa, buy allowing my files to be shared with others...!

I now only use Limewire with the sharing option disabled.....

As far as the lawsuit goes, after I rejected their offer to settle out of court for $5000.00 I haven't heard a thing from anyone in about 3 months I guess.
