Hey all, i recently got gift ftom my dad he got me 2 amps and a set of subs at a yard sale. I have 2 Bazoooka EL-1500 600wrms and 2 Pioneer Premier TS-W1250DVC 400wrms 800max.

I was wondering what the amps will put out max and are theese amps bridgeable? And whats the most the pioneers could handle over the max? The Subs are in a sealed box made of mdf, and the guy told my dad the box was made to the sub specs.

Any clues to what this setup might hit on a meter?

You don't have to worry about max ratings, just go with the rms ratings. If they box is sealed and built to specs then it should sound alright, especially for a budget setup.

You have two amps and two subs, just run one amp per sub.

The term "bridge" means use two channels on the same amp to power one power source. I think what you're asking is if they are "strappable", which I wouldn't think so. But in your case you don't want to anyway.

Does the box have a terminals for each speaker? Or are they wired inside the box together with 1 input on the box? If they are, you'll need to rewire it.

The meter rating depends completely on how well you set it up and your car.

Yea i ment strapable i got confused but i did read somewhere the was but im not sure. As fot he amps rms the stickers on them say 600wrms not 500 btw.

The box has 2 chambers and has 2 speaker hookups. I have a 97 taurus and the back seat center comes out so i was gonna sit them in the trunk if the box will fit, if not ill sit them in the back seat.

One amp per sub is perfect then.

No subs in the back seat. Please. Can't get much more ghetto than that. Plus it takes passenger space away. And imagine what's going to happen if you get in an accident. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/driving.gif.c4dead4599dda895032b63e51f52b126.gif

Well if the box fits in the trunk that great but if it dont its going in the back seat till i can build a new box lol.

But what i want to do is have the amp in the trunk as close to the back seat as possible as the middle section of the seat comes out. I wanna attatch the amps to the back of the box or to the trunk lid. I want to have atleast 2 extra batterys back there wired into it. And a cap if i can get my hand on one.
