Budget matters, and the Dayton or IDQ is easily as good, if not better than the SR series.

Would only cost that much if I wasent selling one for 190 bucks. So its well within his price range and its brand new.

CSS SDX15's are hella cheap right now, Id look seriously at them.

Great sub for the price. A used IDMax or Mag wouldn't be too shabby either.

Come to think of it, I might as well throw into the mix some subs I have. I'm not quite too sure if it will fit your taste, but I have 3 11" Focal 27A subs. Don't know if I can do $250 shipped for all 3, depends on how much shipping turns out to be. IIRC they are like the Focal 25A's listed on Focal's website. Rated at 250w rms and 500w max, but I put 600w rms to them (each) and never had any issues.
