if you port them, you wouldn't be concerned about that low anyway, because your SSF would be set a half-octave below tuning. Even in a sealed system, you wouldn't really be concerned with it too much.

Alpine CDA-9815 said for about $100. I was thinking I could get 2 pioneers for that. Just wonder if I would be able to push them decently

well with only 350w they wont be screaming. But it would they would still work.

Id get the 2 pioneers because there is more cone area. if you seal them they wont be loud at all

Personally, I wouldn't give the TS-W305DVC more than 300 watts in its recommended sealed enclosure ...

So based on that, would it be fair to assume that aprx 200watts to it would do decent?

no, an enclosure with a tuned port is more efficient than a sealed setup, so you gain output (3dB, in a perfect world) but lose power handling.
