Looking for a recommendation for a sub and amp

Budget: $400 for a sub and an amp

Power to be used (which amp(s), include which resistance):

Goals: Looking for something with a good punch, and I'm going more for SQ than SPL. Also, it needs to be able to run on my stock 120a alternator, which already has an RF P300x2(300watts RMS) hooked up to the battery which is running a Morel Maximo Component set in the front.

I'll also be building a custom ported box for it and I'll have someone design the plans for me.

Listening habits: I mostly listen to EDM(Daft Punk, Deadmau5, Justice, etc..) and rock, so a good sounding kick drum is important.

Preferred brands/subs/whatever: No preference

Id look at an XFL 12 @2 ohm in a 2.6cu ft @ 32 htz @ enclosure ..sub up , port rear..
