looking for a new battery!!!

Yea my yellow top has no issues. Idk why Ur voltage would drop that far anyway, unless you are running it a lot with your car off. I'm not saying they are the best, but with the 3 year warrenty, you should be fine.
I think I'm gonna get a deka or a XS for my trunk. Hopefully that duralast gold doesn't kill you. You better vent it somehow if it isn't sealed.
i had the deka but it died....

im running a stinger spv70 for the stock location and a optima D31T in the trunk

thats wat my dad said i cant run a 12 volt system ofo a 16 volt battery so i was wondering how everyone does it? do they have a 12 volt in the front then have a 16 or 18 volt in the back. or do they run a voltage regulator? or somethin but idk if i cant do that i was thinkin a regular 12 vold exstatic battery found it for 160 bucks and thats with shipping

your stock alt should charge at 14v

now what ur worried about is amps(this next part is only an example)

ur alt may be be giving off 100 amps but ur car would use about 80 or them

so u have 20 amps to use for ur system

now what u want to do is look at the batteries i showed you in the link......then look into a New alternator

what does ur voltage drop too when you play at full tilt with just the xs?
As far as I know, it never dropped lower than 13.4. The only time I metered it was when I first bought the batt. But that's one of those things, where you drop a system in, get tired of spending $ on car audio and lose interest for 2 years like I did. I put the battery in and NEVER had problems cranking, dimmed lights, reduction in power from my amps... nothing, no problems in 2 years at 2500w

OP I know you are coming on here looking for advice, which is great and all but the best advice I think we should be giving you is to research how a 12V system works in a car. It seems you have little understanding of electronics and electricity in general, and a Google search would be more then helpful to you.

im looking for a new battery get rid of my stock and get a new and better one and still just run one battery. and i wanna run a more than 12 volt battery i want a 16 volt battery. wat do i have to do to run it do i need an isolator or could i just switch it with no problem.i was looking at this battery copy the link and tell me what u think Amazon.com: Pyle PBAT1000 1000 AMP 16V Battery Capacitor (Car Battery with Built-in Capacitor): Electronics i dont like plye car audio at all there garbage but idk about there batteries.
not sure if this is what you're looking for.. but here's a 16V battery from TurboStart (if you find it easier to trust this brand)

Amazon.com: TurboStart S16V AGM Series 16-Volt Dry Cell Racing Battery: Automotive

ok ill just stick with a 12 volt battery then. but i was also thinking about a marine battery my friend has one. but i was thinking deka battery or an exstatic because there in the price range any other suggestions. and stinger that pretty good price its like 200 bucks
