Looking for a decent amp any suggestions

I found some Alpine speakers which I think would be nice for what I want and seems to have a wider range of frequency responce than the Kenwoods, I had picked earlier on, I guess that makes a difference in quality?

However I need an amp to push these and again not sure what is a decent amp. I figure I need something that is stronger than the speakers so it doesnt clip and that has 4 channels so I found this:

And finally the head unit

Would this combination work well? Like I said on the other thread I am looking for decent sound quality rather than loudness.
