Looking for a brand new car...

I was looking at the Ridgeline, but I want something with a bit of power and handling is VITAL to me when owning a car, something that hugs the road. I plan on spending this week test driving cars that I have on my list.

Choices so far:

2008 Honda Ridgeline

2008 Honda Accord

2008 Nissan Altima

2008 Nissan Pathfinder

$50k there are lots of options.

Have you looked into Jeep or Dodge? I would consider one of those, especially with the $2.99 a gallon deal they have with them.

Dodge has horrible resell, I completely agree with buying a used 2007 car, you're going to lose more money than you care to think about

From your list i would pick the 08 accord...

With 50k you could get the 3.5L v6 which is respectfully quick for a "famly" type car

My mom drives an 05 with the 3.0L and it doesnt do too bad at all (speed wise) and gets 25mpg in the city and 30 on the highway.

And with the 08 i believe it shuts fuel off to 3 cylindars when crusing (like some new V8s do) so it should get very decent mileage

now shutting off 3cyl's on hwy would be cool...th altima coupe is pretty sweet ...reminds me of a budget G37

I want leather, navi, 2 or 4 doors doesn't matter, and I'm leaning towards a car.
