p.con is the remote wire from the headunit. The + terminal is the positive to your battery. The - is the ground to the chassis.

And to further avoid confusion, on that amp in which is pictured above, the "batt" is the positive, and the GND goes to the negative/chassis...Those are the power wire terminals.

you have + power - ground and p.con is the remote wire.
