LOC gain setting???

what should i set this gain to it is running my amp for my sub(right now it is max).

and another ? when i play my music low i can really hear the bass but as i turn up the volume the bass get louder and overpowers the music should i set the gain down on my amp (right now just a little less then half)

definitely turn it down. Get it so you have a good mix of both.

i have my gain at about half way sounds good and doesn't overpower the music. NEVER turn your gain to max.

3:1 gain ratio.

Try to get it where everything clips at the same time.

well of course if u have weak preouts then i guess it's okay at max then.

If he doesn't like the way it sounds then he should probably just turn it down anyway.
