2.8V is '100%' SOC, with 5s that's 14V, with 6 that's 16.8V. That's why people told me if I want to run 5s, drop my voltage.
If you run 6S at 15.5 you get ~2.6V which is >95%.
It also makes sense why people here can run 6S on the standard voltage, 14.4/6 =2.4V per cell, or ~80% capacity.
The cells that I run can hold up to 2.9v each without a problem. So that is 14.5v which is perfect for my 14.4v system. It's up to you if you want to spend the extra money unnecessarily.
