Line-level converter recommendations?

Does anybody recommend a line-level converter? I would just pick-up a cheap one at wally-world, but you get what you pay for. I'm going to be running it all through a Coustic XM6 crossover, but it doesn't have high-level inputs.

This is all going in a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a stock head unit. The line-level converter will be installed before the factory amp, if that matters. Actually the factory amp will be eliminated from the system.

http://www.davidnavone.com i've never used one, but they are suposed to be good.

edit; i too had a factory amp. When i cut in before it i didn't need an LOC, but i do regret cutting that part of the harness. Every vehicle is differnt though.

You didn't need a line out converter? So you just spliced RCAs in?
