LC6i Install question

Looking to install my Lc6i on the stock radio in my civic. My question is this. Since the stock has no amp and just has front/rear, and I only intend to amp my front stage components, what inputs do I need to use? I want to maintain the factory left/right and front/rear faders and leave the rear stock alone. I'm also bridging a 4 channel amp to run 2x160 which means I need the 4 ch's input. If I take the rear inputs into the lc6 won't that cause problems with the front/rear fader? Should I just use the same front inputs on 4 channels of the lc6i? Hope this makes sense.

Take just the front channels into LC6i, use Y splitters to get your 4 channels out to your amplifier. Leave the rear channels alone on both the head unit and LC6i.
