its the copper coil meaning it needs only 1000 to get it going and 2000 at most......

not saying that they cant take more...

That box looks like its blocking the airflow? Try moving it forward 2-3 inches. It may still "seem" loud but it could move a bit more air at minimum

i think it is too. i only got like 2-3 inches of space between the box and the side wall
