This is my friend/team mates 1999 Monte Carlo Z34 and Midwest Street Division Local 2 comp car, we are going for over a 146.9 sealed on the dash, he is running two 12" Db Drive PLWs dual 2ohms, in my box, and a single KX2500.1 for now, will be upgrading to two Us Amps Merlin MD3ds, or one big 4kw amp, all oz audio components and 6x9s for highs and mids, running off the deck untill we figure out the sub amp/s so we can have matching amps, but here are some pics!!

This car absolutely pounds, sound clean, loud, all around, highs, mids, lows, just slams, crisp tight clean reproductive bass, this car will metter very very well, cant wait for the 25th, and the PLWs laugh at the kicker kx2500.1, those subs are very very good!!

Yeah... I mean it's pretty similar to the older lumina's right?

My friend has crap for equipment, and his is loud as ****, so I wouldn't be suprised if this got really really loud.

Yeah similar trunk to a 1995-2001 lumina, and it is very loud right now, i was very suprised when we started tuning it, its loud!!

I use to have one of the 10's. Very nice sub for what it was. Mine was dual 4 tho, so I couldn't get my amp low enough to give it over the 1000 watts it was recieveing. Did a 44+ in the kick. Not to bad considering it was a 4door trunk car.

Throw some vids up if you can.

We will get some vids soon, the thing slams, but this car is solid, the doors reinforced with angle iron, trunk is tight tight, sunroof is siliconed,(no more sunroof //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif,this car is ready for the 25th electrical system is very strong, but the kicker is not putting out enough power, we need a bigger amp, we want at least 4kw, by the time its done, but its loud now!!

How come you deadened your trunk like that? One part looks like a tent, lol! Also are the door speakers staying like that? Or you going to cover them? I don't know, install is meh for me, but have some nice equipment. My friends shop sells those DB Drives and they sell fast.

That deadening job on the trunk lid looks halfassed. Looks like you just laid it down on top of it and didn't roll it into the gaps or anything.

I would tear all that **** off and do it the right way. Stat.

Is the battery secured down or just bouncing around in the spare tire well? You guys coming to the CA meet on the 25th as I'd like to hear it if you are...
