Okay, that is good to know. How are the SoundDrive RCAs shielding different? What makes them superior?

We use a braided or twisted copper shield depending on the series. It is thicker and blocks lower frequency interference. The stranded shields like this are effective against EMI, but not so effective against RFI because the very high frequency wavelengths are smaller than the gaps between strands of the wire.

My box tuning is at 32hz 0db so at 38 hz i play 38hz @ 38+3db's so on and so on!!!!

You do know that makes no sense what so ever.

IT THE PEAK OF HZ THAT YOUR BOX PLAYS...FOR EXAMPLE!!! So if i tuned to 35hz on winisd it shows my peak would be 3.4 db at 37 hz, and 0 db at 32 hz

Yep you are off bud. Winisd only shows what it will do in a open air environment at 1w. It does not take into account the vehicles RF and cabin gain. 0db at 32hz means it wouldn't be doing anything.

WINISD BETA MAY BUT WinISD alpha you can see the effect of box size on power handling and responce line and you can easily change parameters around to get lower bass extension, but will often run into increasing the size of the dip in the responce after your fb. which is your 0db's @ different hz to your tuning!!!!WinISD alpha you can add filters to the response to simulate crossover interaction with the driver. Then look at the excursion profile, increase the signal until you get to xmax. Flip over to SPL and you now know what you can do.
