Knukonceptz Karma SS speaker wire is the WORST. Don't use it.

Their Karma RCA cables can lick my ball sack. I had one end fall off from gravity! It was was hanging while I was holding the other tip and then it just broke off. The heat shrink tubing wasn't even touching the insulation on the cable so the solder joints were the only thing holding the head on. The weak *** joint snapped. I replaced the cables with some Stinger Helix (cheaper than the Karma) and the quality is MUCH better on them. I also had a noticeable amount of reduced noise from switching to them. I'll never buy anything from Knu again as I have yet to get anything from them that impressed me.
aint this a bi*** I just bought some 4 channel SS rca's from knu and going to run them this weekend. if anything happens to me like you just described... im..just..going.. to snap.

A few years back Rockford had the same type of wire. It is truly a pain to work with. The older it gets, the harder the outside jacket gets as well. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

All I can say is to be very gentle with the ends and don't let them hang holding their own weight as two of mine bit the dust this way. They're also very tight and can rip the ground shield off of your amp so be careful. Good luck...

I replaced mine with these:

And they cost the same price after shipping for the SS. They are built much better and even got rid of some noise I had with the SS cables run along the same path. I wish I could take pictures of both ends and show the quality difference in strength.

i like to se tha style wire, keeps it cleaner looking however is a pain. te street wires style has more space betwen the pair to get a sharp blade in from the inside. but the tighter wound ones i have found that untwisting the pair of wires makes it much easier to not cut yourself or the wire

Ive heard to stay with the Krystal RCA's & so far really liking mine.

Thanks for the heads up because I was getting ready to order some speaker wire...

All of knu's other products are stellar,
I would have to disagree with that statement.

My feelings ranged from underwhelmed to extremely pissed off with the Knu products I've used.

I have a Knu distro block w/ Kompression terminals around here that I plan to sexually violate then physically and mentally abuse in the very near future.

it's not that bad and the sheath on the outside works great to prevent anything breaking into the wire. I didn't have a hard time cutting it back at all? I have the same tool JimJ is talking bout.

And to the OP, wow this is the first time I've seen you write something with more then a single word lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
