kinda newbie question

Currently i have 1 powerbass extreme 12's they are dual 1 ohm voice coils

am i better off running these off my current amp which is the american bass vfl 150.1 or any other sugesstions? would 2 amps be better than 1 or what please guys need major help

All you need is a good 1 ohm stable amp

$700 is way more that you need

any sugesstions should the current amp cut the bill or not? would i get enough out of the old amp for a new one?
