Hey guys, how's it going? I've been reading threads on this forum and checking stuff out. Seems like the people here know what they are talking about. I've been a member of IcixSound.com for a few years. Anyways, I just ordered an 18" RE SX and can't wait to get it. I've been trying to find pictures of the sx18. I found a few videos on Realm of Excursion and they look great. I've never heard an SX or any RE products but I am a huge eD fan and decided to try RE. I searched pics of the sx18 on these forums and found some of Deadbeat's pics.. Yeah, I agree with that.. Although eD subs are made for SQ, they can still take a beating. The SX looks to be geared for SPL and thats why I chose it. I wanted something with decent SQ but an impressive bit of SPL.

hey whats up MyKul, i used to be on ICIX as David G. After getting banned there from Ben, or whatever mod, i came to other forums. You'll be happy with the SX as the ED subs are good but not that good. I have an 16Ov.2(you have the kv.2 right?) and my Mag 12 did just as well as the 16ov.2 and beat it on the mic, i think that is what i was banned for the 4th time. What type of install are you going to do? You took alot of time on the last install in your celica. ....

eDead V1 SE sucks from personal experience. At least in upside down applications it does.

Question...wouldn't the XXX have more output than a eD sub, and be more reliable and sound just as good?
