0.2 ohms is really still too low for a 0.7 ohm sub....

dunno if it makes a difference but it spikes to .3 randomly but stays stable at .2

To the original poster...

Make sure you have the DMM on the 200 ohms setting not DC. If you already have it on ohms then its gone.

what do the multimeter leads measure just connecting them together?

also, the resistance should change if you push on the cone...
