JL Audio Help Needed

Hey guys, new to here, but just had a quick question.

I have a JL Audio 500/1 amp that was given to me by a friend, it works perfectly fine; however, the bolts for power/rmt/ground and speakers are completely stripped. I can get the bolts up which i have done but i do not know if there is some special way you can replace them, or if i have to take out that whole black part or if the bolt will come right up, because in order to get them up i had to take a flathead screwdriver and bang it down with a hammer to make a new groove in order to get it up. So how is it possible to replace these screws, or is it? And if so where could i find some of the same kind or almost similar?

Well thanks for help guys i really would like to get this amp in my car ASAP i have 2 alpine type r's just waitin for it. Well thanks guys i appreciate it...

No, it's not stolen, shit ill post the serial number, i paid 200$ for it, and on ebay they were like 300 so i thought it was a good deal, the bolts are just stripped to hell and i don't know how to fix them. If anybody knows anything that might help i really appreciate it..
