Next week the Students for Concealed Carry on Campus group is doing a nation wide empty holster protest.

I don't have a holster up here but I'm trying to get a hold of a shirt to wear during it.

dude its not even like that, everybody in the office isnt gonna show up with a 9mm its more like your allowed to have one in your car which was previously disallowed.

You seem to be pretty sensible about most things discussed, though I was kind of suprised at this response.

How is a student carrying on campus and different than those students carrying somewhere else?

dont get me wrong, i am all for conceal and carry, hell im hoping to get mine in the next year or so. but there are places that you should not be allowed to have a gun, think about how many hot headed young morons there are in the world, think about how many of them post on this forum, now imagine giving them the right to carry a gun to class with you. im sorry, but i dont think having a gun at school is a bright idea.
