I have 2 rockford fosgate 10" P3s and they have 500 watt rms and 1000 watt max. They are DVC 4 ohms. I think i want to run them at 750 watts just to get a good pounding. Im either going to run them at 1 ohm or 4 so i need help deciding on an amp.

Is this big enough?

If i want to run it a 1 ohm can someone help me choose a decent amp for the money? I have about 150 to spend on an amp.

How can anyone deny the power potential of the bass inferno? Jesus! Seriously, stay away from any car audio product who's name reminds you of a bad disco song from the early 80s. P3s can handle more than 500w rms (although not a hell of a lot more), and there are plenty of quality amps that can be had within your budget which will give you that amount of power. Keep your eyes open on Ebay and you can snag a deal with just a little bit of patience. Check the classifieds forum here as well. Audioque amps will give you their rated power and then some. RF amps will do the same, but can be pricey. I just picked up another Sundown Audio SAE1200D amp on Ebay for $117.50. I would recommend you read up and research, then make a short list of amps you are after. Then you have a better idea of what you want. Keep your eyes peeled for a deal.

Yeh. It was out of Texas, and was listed as used. When I read the description it said never hooked up. I couldn't believe I got it for $117. I bought my other one from Jacab @ Sundown as a clearance and paid $215 which was still a good deal. They put out stupid amounts of power and do it on 12v. Jacob has a thread where he went through and clamped all of his amps to check their actual power. The SAE1200 put out 1770w rms @ 1ohm and did it on 12.65v. They aren't as efficient as the SAZ line, but put out sick amounts of power.
