Sounds like it worked out in the end! Probably too much work for him to uninstall so he said F it.

Like I said, it’s not bad stuff, just older and not high end, but should sound okay.

Stereo equipment never really adds to the sale of a car, so can't really expect someone to pay extra because it's installed.
