Is this a good subwoofer/amp setup?!?!

I will be upgrading my subs/ amp soon. all i need to know is if these subs and amp will go together well. please let me know if i am over powering,underpowering, etc. For subs i decided on 2 12" kickers rated at 400rms ea, 800peak. For amp i chose a kicker zx750.1 mono amp, which does 750 rms x 1 channel or 375 rms x 2 channels. I realize the subs can probably handle a bit more, but otherwise is this good?

If he offered you the Subtilis 12", you should consider it. It's not like it's some underhand, back alley equipment.

It's a great product for an incredible price. Kicker entry level stuff just doesn't compare...

But I won't force anyone to do anything.

It definitely is a step up, but you know how hard it is to get new customers out of the mainstream mindset...

Yeah many people refuse to go another route. The product name lures them in. Not saying the Kickers won't work, they'll just be a worse bang/buck ratio.

I just try to help people make a fully informed decision when purchasing any item.

Sometimes I can help, other times I don't get a chance to educate.

Such is life on the forum lulz.
