see thing is i understand excatly what you mean. i'm very good with assimilation. you seem to only assimilate to fit your narrative.

yes it is very hard to hear the differences. when you actually EQ a source its very hard to distinguish because of the Q(damping) and phase shifts. thats not the point or narrative.

the shifts chance pitch and tonality and has a phase shift to boot so using EQ is not a good thing but cutting is by far a superior technique.

its not even a question. i love it. show these guys PROOF and they still deny it.

i show proof positive my system was flat within 3db with exception of the woofer because i'm testing.

what they do say its bad this and that and go on about the dumbest ****.

i show them i can hear differences yet somehow i can't. 10 for 10 on a blind test yet i cannot. lol. he better not even try to compete in my class. he will get whipped by me with speaker i designed/had tooled..
