i got 6 out of 6. but when i actually got uncompressed wav file of the songs they used and a properly ripped and encoded 320kbps of the same song side by side comparison, there's no difference. They fked something up when they where uploading the files to NPR's site, there clear differences there as in their 320kbps sounded like a 192 kbps not a true 320kbps.

I just tried encoding coldplay's speed of sound in 192kbps and it sounded just like the website's 320kbps.
id say it probably depends on the decoder used. i'm not going to argue wit you on that but it is possible its not 320(i know mofos lie for monies) but if we can use this test then the only option of to get a Flac recording and MP3 recording and try. I know for a fact i hear he difference.

where ate they you ask? noise floor, dynamics and the actual attach/delay and even pitch of the signal. for example in the striking of the piano it sound edgy and dull where in the flac it sounds more damped and fuller more dimensional..

Katys voice is obvious if you listen to the overtones and her exhale.

i don't want to give it all away i want it to be honest and fair..

jeff. try listen between the 320 version and 192. of coldplay. see if you can HONESTLY. lol... i bet not //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
