True, but how many people do you know that can drown out 150db's of bass with their frontstage. I'm still trying lol.

whoa whoa...your the guy I need to talk to then. What are you running on your front stage?? and powered by what?

how much can people get new mags for?? Are they only factory direct, or do they sell online. Because ive seen IDMAX's for like 300 online...you could get 3 of those, and for just 200 more, 4 of those...which I would guess would sound louder than 2 15" mags...but im just throwin that out there to see if anyone agrees.... For 1,000 in subs, i think you could get louder than 2 15" mags...Like 4 15" L7's....that would do it...but yes, then there are space issues.

Total Mag hype starting as of this month. Not that its a bad thing.

Everything is different from the old mags. Even the logo changed.

And 1000rms would be PERFECT for the new mags.

claw are the old style (TC9 i think) still awsome drivers but the new ones are certianly louder (from the numbers im seeing) and everyone says just as clean/cleaner.

Can you get a higher SPL with other subs for the same price. I would assume so. So if you are ONLY going for SPL there may be better choices out there.

But if you want a driver that has a ton of output, that still sounds as good as many of the SQ subs out there, then the mag will be a much better choice. That is why the mag is a SQL sub and not a pure SPL driver.
