is my sub blown?

so theres a slight rattle when i hooked it up...this things been sitting in my closet for about 6 months now so i have no idea what happened. anyways its a rockford fosgate p210s4. i think its an 06 model or something...anyways i took it out and checked the ohms with my multimeter...reading off the charts which tells me its blown somehow. although when pushing in the speaker theres no funny sounds. sounds normal, but i did see this:

so before i toss it in the trash..is it blown?

I would say it is toast. My brother has the same model and it did the same exact thing. Played his for 2 days and gone. He wasn't even feeding it 200watts at the time. And no he doesn't crank his system to listen to it, very sq person. LOL

dammit. what a pos. no wonder it was only like 45bucks brand new from best buy when it retailed for 150 with their employee discount.
