How much port area? And what does JL recomend for box? I dono anything about them. Dont keep playing the sub. Maybe the box is too big to take that much power and its bottoming out, i dono im just guessing.

Pretty sure he means the whole box. The box looks to be solid in the video.

the top isn't glued so we could work on it. you think that just because it's not glued its rattling?

JL recomends 2.35 Cubic foot box tuned to 30 hz. not that big of a difference.

If it has enough screws in it, it wont rattle just cuz it has no glue.

Well the box shouldnt be too big then. Im not sure what to tell you. You never asnswered how much port area you have... You may have too much.

Uhh.. That plan is only 14" high, dont you have a 13.5?? Looks like you got way more height than 14" if thats a 13.5

EDIT: Maybe not way more, but it appears its bigger than 14.
