How does this design look guys. I am also trying to figure out the exact cubes. How do I determine what the panels take up?

hmmm ok. How bad is this design?? due to the placement in my truck this was an ideal setup.

I am reworking it right now though to the way I think your saying. I will post that in a few min.

I think your misunderstanding my question. I had a design and that was it. the max volume of the not counting the port was about 1.5 cubes. I need to calculate the space the port takes up. my goal was to stay near 1.25 cubes.

You're definitely going to be using more than .25 cubes for the port, but I can't be sure as to how much without knowing the port area.

I still don't see how you could have a design and not know the port displacement and internal volume. That IS a box design really.
