but yes, i used to do that over at audio express in jonesboro. I would compare their prices to ebay, and tell them about it.

I got a memphis mcd1000 for $399:fyi: this was a couple years back tho.

If a shop doesn't sell "online" brands then why would he know about them? He'd be better off knowing all about the brands he actually stocks.

lol. car toys did a 40,000 install in a escalade. 4 jl w7 13, 4 jl 1000 custom box with small *** ports. When I went up with my 2 15 with a sundown 3000 and smoked him. I went to the car toys that did the install and said epic fail!!!!

about 3 shops in co know what sundown, fi, dc, ssa, tc subs are amazingly

While I agree to an extent, knowing at least some of those brands would show the person has an interest in the industry beyond collecting a pay check. You dont have to know how to sell/repair/drive a Honda to know they exist, right?

well thats all good they aren't online during the work day

However let me ask you this if you were owner/employed in a specialty type market wouldn't you at some point in your day/week/year look into organizations/forums/interenet reviews that cater the that market, Car stereo organization are not as unknown these days.
