I will be installing 2 sets of Kicker Resolution RS6c's and a KX600.4 amp to my current setup. I need to get some speaker wire. Would 16-awg or 18-awg wire be okay? I was thinking about using Stinger's SpeedWire that has 9 wires included in a single insulated cover (remote wire and the 8 standard + and - wires). This SpeedWire is 18-awg, however. Would that work? I thought that I could use that to save money on more wire. Or, should I just go with 16-awg wire? Also, how many feet should I use if I go with 16-awg wire? I could go with the SpeedWire since it does have 9 wires into one strand and I could just cut up as need be. Anyway, sorry for rambling on about what size awg to use. Just let me know a suggestion. Thanks.

okay. well I guess then I will just go with 16-awg wire. how many feet should I go with? I am getting 2 RS6c's in the doors with 2 tweets in the sail panels and 2 RS6c's in coaxial form in the rear deck. how many feet should I go with?

There are a couple that SMD has tested, around $20.00 that should take the wattage from most any HU. If you are tapping into the speaker wires...
