I got a 4 channel amp Kenwood KAC-8452 and 2 pairs of Polk DB650's. I took me and a friend about 5 hours to install it because of the cold weather but it was worth it! Compared to the HU's amp this setup sounds way better. I couldnt get my new speaker wires ran into the doors so I had to cut the stock wire and soder the new wire to it. And Knukonceptz sent out 8 gauge spade connectors instead of 4 gauge like I wanted, so they keep falling off of the amp. Pics tomorrow.

was it hard to do think im thinkin of ampin my speakers... glad to hear it sounds better.. what do i need to purchase to be abel to hook it up correctly?

It was pretty easy, you just have to know what your doin. To do it all you have to get it RCAs, Power wires, speaker wires, and the amp.

basically a wiring kit and an amp

its easy. just run your speaker wire form the speaker to the amp instead of the HU. then run the rca's to the head unit. and power and ground like normal

Thanks man, and it is 10X better then running off of the HU!
