how much would that be at a local repair shop about?It is either the output fets are fried, or your output audio side driver is fried, sending a constant high signal to the gates of the fets on either positive or negative rail. Generally when there is a DC bias problem, the fet is not physically damaged, since there is no significant current flow unless it is shorting the SMPS.
