Ok, so i installed a 3.5 mm aux jack in my Mazdaspeed 6 with stock Bose stereo. The problem is when i play my phone's mp3 player and have the charger plugged in i get noise. Without it its fine, but if my battery is low i need to charge it. I installed a noise loop isolator in between the stereo and aux jack, but i had to cut the RCA jacks and twists the wires together like someone from another forum suggested. The sound is horrible with a super low volume. I looked into high to low level convertors but will the 3.5 mm jack work with that? I guess my question is what is a good solution for my setup?

Thanks!
