install question about isolator and batts

This is what I have.

1/0 big 3

250 amp alt

KINETIK KHC3800 Battery

Stock 935 cc Battery

Stinger 200 amp Isolator

going to install this as the audio

4 kicker 12" l7s

2 2500.1 Kicker amps

different batteries, don't want to harm my KHC3800, that's why I want the isolator.

Not playing with the truck off.

does it make sense for what I want to do.

as in I just don't want the batteries to fight each other

any opinions please.
